We offer classes that are suitable to absolute beginners to more advance students. Each class is unique as we practice different Kriyas (sets) each lesson. The intensity depends on you.  

If you are an absolute beginner or you are feeling under the weather or tired, you can experience a very gentle class. As an advance student, you may also get an intense session in the very class.  

Our teachers are very experienced and are able to guide you in the level you need.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga classes consist of simple yoga techniques that can be enjoyed by everyone. Classes consist of breath work, yoga postures, sound and chanting as well as meditation.

Gong Meditation

We offer morning sadhana every Sunday at 5am - 7.30am.  Our Aquarian Sadhana Join our community for yoga and meditation during the early morning before you start your day.

Our Yoga Teachers

Kim Kee

Kim Kee started practicing yoga as a teen and was introduced to Kundalini Yoga in 2005. After graduating from iSKY, she started to embody the yogic life by practicing yoga and meditation every morning and volunteering to teach 弟子规 full time ever since her retirement as a schoolteacher. Her classes inspires her students to develop stamina and endurance through yoga and meditation and to withstand the stress in the ever demanding and fast pace world.

Han Ni

Han Ni has studied and qualified as a teacher in many different styles of yoga and healing modalities. Her heart and practice keeps being drawn back to Kundalini Yoga and Gong which is what she focuses on now as a teacher. As one of the first students trained by Sat Santokh from USA to lead Self-Worth Workshops and a yoga teacher trainer, she works to empower those who are interested to heal themselves and their families through yoga and sound.

 

Natasa

Natasa started practicing Hatha Yoga, Qi Gong for more than a decade ago  to find inner balance and harmony of the mind, body and soul. Upon stumbling on Kundalini Yoga, she feel deeply in love with the practice as it brought her calmness and peace. 5 years later, she decided to attend the Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in order to deepen her knowledge and share her passion for Kundalini Yoga with others so that they may live a life of self-relaxation, self-relief and awareness.
